Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States only.
Shipping rates
- 1 pair: $8.00 flat rate
- 2 pairs or more: free shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. If your tracking number has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us and we will look into it.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain box with no branding, no window and no product photo on the outside.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help you find a solution.
